• Managing Children’s Behavior

  Enrolling Now – New Group Begin June 2024

  This is an 8-week parenting group for parents of youth ages 6-11 whose noncompliant behavior happens more than their peers, interferes with home life, and causes the child or parent distress.

  This program is ideal for parents and guardians who want to learn how to manage their children’s behavior more successfully while maintaining a positive relationship.

• Tuning in to Teens®

  Enrolling Now – New Group Begin June 2024

  This is an 8-week parenting group for parents of youth ages 12-17. Tuning in to Teens® is an evidence-based program designed to help parents establish better connections with their adolescent.

  This program is ideal for parents and guardians who want to learn how to help their teen understand and express emotions in healthy and positive ways. This group will also help you learn how to respond to your teen in a way that helps maintain a connected relationship.

• Tuning in to Kids®

  Enrolling Now – New Group Begin June 2024

  This is an 8-week parenting group for parents of children ages 6-11. Tuning in to Kids® is an evidence-based program designed to teach parents skills that will help to improve their child’s emotional, social, and behavioral functioning. It also focuses on improving communication in the parent-child relationship.

  This program is ideal for parents and guardians who want to learn how to recognize, understand, and manage their and their child’s emotions.

• Virtual Drop-in Support Group for Parents of Youth With Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  This is a weekly drop-in support group for parents and guardians of youth ages 4-21 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The group will introduce families to others like themselves, who can provide much-needed information and emotional support, and will work as a team to address common concerns with an expert to facilitate topics of interest. Topics will include sharing daily coping techniques and offering tips to make family life run more smoothly. The group also will provide parents with information on medical or educational services, programs, and other resources available within the community. Parents are welcome to stop by at any point on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM and can come to as many or as few sessions as they need.
